After the expiration of the general lease agreement of METRO PROPERTIES, MEC received a new mandate for the location from Rockspring HBOS Greifswald (Jersey) Limited, a fund company of PATRIZIA. Both companies have now concluded a multi-year contract for this purpose.
MEC has been responsible for center management at the retail park in Greifswald since 2011. Elisen Park offers its customers around 45 stores on more than 43,000 sq m of retail space, including retailers such as Kaufland, Media Markt and OBI.
