In accordance with the contract Echo is responsible for the development, leasing and marketing process. The premiere of Młociny under wings of EPP and Echo will take place at the Shopping Center Forum fair.
Galeria Młociny is a retail and office project with a combined leasable area of 82,000 sq m, 71,000 sq m of which is earmarked for retail, entertainment and gastronomy.
The facility is planned to include a modern cinema, a fitness club, an extensive food court and a medical centre. The mall is 60 pct leased already.
Its key fashion brands include: the Inditex group: Zara, Zara Home, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius as well as C&A, Van Graaf, H&M and CCC. Contracts have also been signed with RTV Euro AGD, Jysk, Intermarche and Go Sport.
The facility is located in the northern part of Warsaw and after its opening it will service a fast developing residential district which still lacks a modern and comfortable retail and entertainment offer. Galeria Młociny is located near the main transfer hub in the north of Warsaw, which services the average of 40,000 people a day.
The construction of the first stage of the project started in October 2016 and its completion is planned for Q2 2019.
Design work has already started at Echo Investment. It is aimed at making Galeria Młociny an even more comfortable place for shopping, entertainment, recreation, relaxation and spending free time. Architects have been working on changes concerning car parks and entrances to the centre, thanks to which they will become comfortable and more user-friendly.
There will also be some significant changes in the interior design of Galeria Młociny -there will be some additional recreation and relaxation places, the gastronomy area will be extended and it will be characterized by green terraces on the top level. Gastronomy in Młociny will not only include popular chains and cafes but also an extensive restaurant offer, which will also be used by people working in offices being part of the facility. Work related to the refurbishment of the interior and the facade of Galeria Młociny is to start soon.
Echo Investment established a leasing team which will be responsible for the commercialization of the facility. Until it was sold the facility was leased by the leasing team of Master Management Group – up to 60 pct. Tenants that are in the process of negotiating lease conditions can count on full service of Echo’s team as well as the support of Master Management Group’s staff.

The fair takes palce at Conference Centre, Stadion Legii Warszawa. A unique Cocktail Party is to start at the stand of Echo (B.3) on April 5 at 4:30 p.m. The stand will also offer an opportunity to meet Echo’s leasing team responsible for the rental of Galeria Młociny.
