MVGM takes over center management of mixed-use asset Lili Wiesbaden

MVGM has been commissioned with the center management for Lili in Wiesbaden. The mixed-use object in the Hessian capital covers an area of around 37,000 sq m. The former Lilien-Carré has been named Lili since 2019 and owned by a fund sponsored by Orion Capital Managers since the end of 2014.

The mixed-use property, which opened in 2004, is located right next to Wiesbaden’s main train station and houses a shopping center geared to local supply. 33 stores are spread over two levels and include REWE, Aldi, Rossmann, and Starbucks, as well as a wide range of gastronomic offerings. In addition, a 5,700 sq m Motel One and a 3,200 sq m office building are part of the property.

Dirk Tönges, Managing Director MVGM Germany, says “We are pleased that we could convince Orion as owner and 4 More as asset manager of the mixed-use property of our center management services. The Lili is one of the best-known commercial properties in Wiesbaden and therefore a great reference property for MVGM.”
