SHORE stands for Safe, Hospitality, Office, Retail, and Exhibitions and is an international certification standard for real estate assets in Risk, Resilience, and Governance.
Six-core pillars are evaluated: Risk and management systems, property protection, visitors and guest experience, tenant management, safety and security, and crisis and business continuity.
