NEINVER Brings New brands And Expanded Stores To Its Polish Portfolio

FACTORY outlet centers across Poland, operated by NEINVER, are gaining momentum with new store openings and significant expansions from long-standing retail partners. The latest updates to the brand portfolio, totaling nearly 2,200 sq m of added retail space, underscore outlet retail’s growing appeal and NEINVER’s commitment to supporting brand growth.

Premium fashion grows in Krakow

FACTORY Krakow, the largest outlet in southern Poland, has strengthened its premium fashion mix with several new openings. Made in M., featuring brands from the MaxMara Fashion Group, such as MaxMara, Marella, Max&Co, and Pennyblack, brings elevated womenswear and accessories to the center.

Baldinini, the prestigious Italian premium footwear brand, and Wellensteyn, a German outerwear label, also joined the lineup. These additions reinforce FACTORY Kraków’s strong premium segment, which already includes Karl Lagerfeld, Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and Lacoste.

Over 60% of the centre’s retail mix is made up of international brands, including global sportswear leaders Nike, Adidas, Puma, and New Balance. Within this context, the American iconic brand GAP will make its debut in early summer, bringing its signature casual fashion for women, men and children to the center.

In total, the new openings will cover more than 700 sq m of additional retail space, further enhancing FACTORY Kraków’s appeal as a destination for premium and international brands.

FACTORY Poznan expands presence of top retailers

Three popular retailers are expanding at FACTORY Poznan. Levi’s will soon unveil a redesigned space twice the size of its previous store, covering more than 350 sq m. Italian brand Calzedonia is growing to over 400 sq m, introducing a refreshed store concept and broader offer. Meanwhile, Polish leather goods brand Puccini will also increase its footprint to 100 sq m, adding apparel and accessories to its line of bags and travel gear.

New stores and flavours at Warsaw’s FACTORY centers

At FACTORY Annopol, New Balance will expand into a new 300 sq m store with an updated interior and wider product selection. Additional store debuts and upgrades are planned in the coming months, reflecting the center’s dynamic growth.

FACTORY Ursus is adding more fashion and F&B. Following its success at Annopol, Mother Earth, a lifestyle brand offering neutral-toned, comfort-focused fashion for families, will open a 100 sq m store. On the F&B side, local bakery-café Gorąco Polecam is introducing a 180 sq m space with exterior-facing windows. More dining options are expected later this year, reinforcing Ursus’s evolving role in Warsaw’s urban mix.

Gliwice maintains retail momentum

FACTORY Gliwice continues to build on strong performance. The latest arrivals include one of Poland’s largest Mountain Warehouse stores (700 sq m), a 200-sq m Guess Accessories boutique, and a 300-sq m Jack & Jones unit, joining Polish fashion names like Giacomo Conti, Monnari, and Franco Feruzzi.
