Carina Weyringer

Center Manager, SES Spar European Shopping Centers

Starting August 1, 2024, SES will fill the center management position at MURPARK Graz, Austria, from within its own ranks: Carina Weyringer, previously Head of Marketing at MURPARK, will take over the management of the shopping mall in Graz Liebenau from this date on. The SES career of the Graz native began in September 2006 when she joined the MURPARK Graz team as office manager. In March 2009, she moved to MURPARK Marketing, where she eventually took over as Head of Marketing.


Daniel Schuh

Head of National Retail Investment Team, BNP Paribas Real Estate Germany

Daniel Schuh was appointed Head of National Retail Investment Team at BNP Paribas Real Estate in Germany. In this newly created position, he is responsible for BNP Paribas Real Estate’s nationwide retail investment activities from Frankfurt and reports to Christoph Scharf, Managing Director of BNP Paribas Real Estate GmbH and Head of Retail Services.


Caroline Brown

Global Brand President, The North Face

Caroline Brown has been appointed as global brand president of The North Face, starting the week of June 10, 2024. Brown served as an independent director on the VF board from February 2024 to May 2024. She has extensive experience as a senior leader and board director in the fashion and apparel sector having led global companies and teams operating across the US, Asia, Latin America, Middle East, EU & UK regions.


Nuria Font

Director, Mango Home

Mango has appointed Nuria Font as Director of Mango Home. She will take up her new post this month, succeeding Laura Vila. Font has been with Mango since 2006 and was most recently Director of the clothing retailer’s wholesale division. In her new role, she will help to achieve the goals set out in the current strategic plan for the Homeware division.


Laurent Claquin

Group Chief Brand Officer, Kering

Laurent Claquin will take up the newly created position of Group Chief Brand Officer at Kering on July 1. Claquin will join the Group’s Executive Committee and report directly to Deputy CEO Jean-Marc Duplaix. Claquin joined the Group in 2005 and has held various management positions since then. As President of Kering Americas, he has been responsible for one of the company’s key markets since 2012.


Matt Heslop

Head of Stores and Depots Operations, Asda

Matt Heslop has been appointed as Head of Stores and Depots Operation at Asda. In the new role, Heslop will lead Asda’s stores and depots operation, including the 470 convenience stores in its newly established Asda Express division. He joins the retailer from Lidl, where he spent over 20 years in various senior operational roles, most recently as chief operating officer since 2017.


Sir Jon Thompson

Non-Executive Director, Frasers Group

Frasers Group PLC has appointed Sir Jon Thompson, former CEO of the Financial Reporting Council, to the Board as a Non-Executive Director. Sir Jon Thompson’s expertise in corporate governance, reporting and auditing, as well as his experience in managing major projects, will strengthen the implementation of Frasers’ long-term growth strategy and further drive the Group’s positioning as a leading international company.


Martina Dutzler

Martina Dutzler will join the Management Board of Peek & Cloppenburg B.V. & Co. KG as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on June 17, 2024, in Vienna. Martina Dutzler has extensive experience in finance. Most recently, she was Chief Financial Officer at the Austrian food retailer MPREIS Warenvertriebs GmbH, after holding various management positions at Hofer KG and Aldi-Süd for over 17 years – most recently as Finance Director in the Finance and Management Holding of the Aldi-Süd Group in Salzburg, Austria.
