Italie Deux, together with the recent high-street extension ItaliK, and the neighbouring office complex Apollo are three assets located at the South West corner of the Place d’Italie, a public space in Paris. The mixed-use destination has an excellent, visible location at the heart of a densely populated district and is accessible by bus, metro, train, and car. Now, Ingka Centres is uniting them into their first urban meeting place in France, with the aim of creating an affordable, sustainable range of destination retail, restaurants, services and amenities.

Italie Deux is of central importance to the Parisian community, and it still holds a lot of untapped potential. It is an attractive shopping center that the operator is trying to develop into a new meeting place. While retail is at the core of the center, the asset also has some components, besides shopping, that are relevant to their communities. Italie Deux features, for example, 17,000 sq m of office on top of the retail building.
