A highlight of the project is the 4,800 sq m GLA expansion. Responding to growing demand, the extension will welcome new retail brands, entertainment options, a gym, and a children’s playroom.
Simultaneously, the redevelopment also pays close attention to sustainability standards by integrating photovoltaic panels and a smart building management system, aligning with NEPI Rockcastle’s ESG goals.

The redevelopment project is a seamless transformation with construction having started already back in November 2023, and completion set for early 2026. The center continues to remain fully operational during the works.
Pogoria has been showcasing strong performance on its existing 37,700 sq m of GLA, having an EPRA occupancy of 98.5%, and around 100 tenants with key tenants including Auchan, H&M, Helios, Deichmann, and Rossmann.
With this investment, Pogoria continues to evolve as a vital hub for the local community of around 1,030,000 people in its catchment area—enhancing the customer experience while supporting sustainable growth.
