REALM wins a REVO gold award

Realm has won a Revo Gold Award in the Re:fresh category for the stunning £7m redevelopment of Livingston Designer Outlet beating off stiff competition from schemes in Reading and Bedford.

As James Cons announced the result of the rigorous judging process he commented how Realm had “set about to fundamentally reposition the asset, not simply refurbishing the interior and exterior but through the inclusion of an ambitious rebranding and cultural change that benefits all stakeholders we have effectively rebooted the scheme”
