REDEVCO and MEC were able to extend and secure leases for a total of 35,000 sq m with the numerous retail partners on site. This corresponds to more than two thirds of the total rental space of just over 48,000 sq m in the Flensburg shopping center.
Among the tenants who continue to focus on developing their business in Förde Park are well-known retailers such as Kaufland, Obi, Roller, Aldi, Siemes Schuhe, New Yorker, Intersport, Vodafone and Bonita. Negotiations are also currently underway with existing and new tenants.
