Resignation of Cédric Biquet as CFO of Wereldhave Belgium

Mr Biquet will continue to perform his duties during his notice period, which will end in June. The Company will announce the details of his replacement at a later date, bearing in mind that a recruitment process has already been initiated to determine his succession.
