Daniel Moldenhauer is an expert investment banker with 26 years of experience in capital markets and M&A from leading institutions, including Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. Originally from Stockholm, he has worked internationally, in New York, London, Frankfurt, and more recently in Vienna, and has coordinated investment banking projects in EMEA, North America, and Asia.
His areas of expertise include strategic and financial advisory services to companies, public sector institutions and governments, negotiation and execution of M&A and corporate finance transactions, capital markets advisory and issuance, and bank financing including corporate and leveraged loans. During his career, Moldenhauer has advised corporate and institutional clients, on both sides of the Atlantic on a large number of financing and M&A transaction projects.

Daniel Moldenhauer is an alumnus of Wharton Business School and Cambridge University, he holds a diploma from Harvard Business School Executive Education. He speaks fluent Swedish, German and English, intermediate French and basic Russian.
