Premium lifestyle brand Rituals opened their new and bigger store in the city centre which covers 270 sq m on the ground floor and 290 sq m in the basement.
The re-development project transformed a 9,000 sq m retail building into a new and modern shopping centre which houses multiple tenants. Redevco used the renovation of the old department store as an opportunity to implement sustainability measures and strives for a BREEAM-Excellent certification.
Sustainability measures that have been taken are the installation of solar panels, green on the roof and facade, and the use of energy efficient escalators and elevators.
