Röther Group Acquires German Fashion Chain Adler

The buyer is the newly founded R.Eagle Holding GmbH – R for Röther, Eagle for Adler. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price, according to a press release, while the transaction is still subject to the approval of the authorities.

The stores will continue to operate under the Adler umbrella brand. Adler operates around 130 stores in Germany and other German-speaking countries. In 2023, the company generated sales of 296.7 million euros, 11.9% more than in the previous year.
