The departing Mayor of Helsinki, Jan Vapaavuori, will join NREP to further strengthen the company’s urban development efforts. Jan Vapaavuori will join the company in a part-time role as Senior Advisor for Urban Development after his term as Mayor ends in August. BILLA Russia GmbH and Lenta LLC announce to have reached the terms of purchase for BILLA Russia. REWE International AG via its subsidiary BILLA Russia GmbH signs a purchase agreement for 100% shares of their companies BILLA OOO and BILLA Reality OOO in Russia. That comprises its full range business in Moscow Oblast with 161 supermarkets. The closure of the deal is subject to the approval of the Russian anti-monopoly committee.
