The appointee has nearly 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, in companies such as Caelum Development, GTC and Echo Investment. Szymon has had the opportunity to implement projects in almost all known formats, from outlet centers through retail parks, regular shopping centers to mixed-use projects. Immediately before joining G City Europe, he co-created the Browary Warszawskie project and was responsible for Galeria Młociny in Warsaw. He studied International Economic Relations at the Warsaw School of Economics and at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz.
Szymon Mińczuk will manage the leasing department and further commercialization processes of the G City Europe portfolio in Poland, taking care of nine shopping centers. He will report directly to Michał Świerczyński, the new COO of the company.
