Christina Neuper joins the management board of BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management GmbH (BNPP REPM). Since 2015, she has been responsible for property management activities in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg as Regional Director and, as Head of Key Account Management Germany, for the nationwide support of existing customers.

Redevco appointed Elsbeth Quispel in the newly created role of Head of Innovation. She will be reporting to recently appointed Redevco Board Member Marrit Laning, who is responsible for Strategy & Innovation. Elsbeth will be driving the company’s PropTech strategy and broader innovation journey.

As of March 1, SES is filling the center management of two shopping malls in Austria from its own ranks: Doris Panagl will take over the management of Max.Center Wels, Marie-Theres Skribanowitz will manage Mariandl in Krems. Long-time center manager Egbert Holz, who has been responsible for both centers since they opened, will retire in the spring after 23 years of service.

She will help drive the diversification of Redevco’s portfolio across property sectors and its investment strategies in the transformation of mixed-use urban areas.

IPH Handelsimmobilien GmbH is strengthening its transaction lineup with the appointment of Jürgen Kreutz (56) as Managing Director Transactions. In this leading position, he will expand the group’s transaction business nationwide and with his experience in the high-street segment, his focus is on inner-city retail locations.

The Supervisory Board of HAHN-Immobilien-Beteiligungs AG has appointed Daniel Löhken to the Executive Board, effective January 1, 2022. Together with CEO Thomas Kuhlmann, he will form the company’s two-member Executive Board in the future.

Redevco has created a NextGen board with eight members representing various functions across the organization and each of its six European offices. NextGen’s remit will include offering a fresh perspective on the company’s vision, mission, strategy, and culture.
