Appointment

VIA Outlets has announced two senior additions to its Board of Directors. Jaap Tonckens, currently an advisor to the Board, was recently appointed as a Non-Executive member of the Board, whilst Rita Schroeven, the company’s Head of Legal Affairs, is taking up a role as an Executive member of the Board.

Redevco announced Vincent Bacas to join its team in the Netherlands as Portfolio Director. He will be reporting to recently appointed Co-head Client & Fund Management Thierry Cahierre, who is also responsible for the company’s global Asset & Development Management function.

BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Csongor Csukás as European Head of Property Management. He will take over the position from Lauric Leclerc at the end of March. Csukás is thus extending his area of responsibility from France to the group’s entire PM European business.

CBRE has announced the appointment of Richard Bashford as a Senior Director in its UK Retail Investment team.

Jan Schildmeier joins the company as Head of Investment Consulting. In his new role, he will be responsible for the Investment Consulting activities across all asset classes and further expand the strategic cooperation with colleagues from the Transaction division.

Alysoun Stewart joined Ellandi in January 2019 as Chief Operating Officer and is now appointed to Chair of the Board, a newly created role.

Kern, formerly known as NRW Dutch Council of Shopping Centers, has appointed Herman Kok as Director as of February 1st 2022.
