Never before has the real estate industry undergone such rapid change as in current times. Embedded in geopolitical and economic upheavals, the real estate industry has to deal with climate change, digitalization, demographic change and high construction costs. This requires comprehensive information and thinking outside the box. The third investment congress held in at Palais Berg in Vienna, Austria, on October 22, 2025, aims to provide a platform for exactly this purpose.

“Quarters are not defined by their developers, but by those who use, work, and live in them”, stated Christoph Andexlinger, Chairman of ACSP, and CEO of the Austrian shopping center market leader SES, in his opening speech at this year´s congress, which focused on city and town quarters, while presenting not only new ideas, but bringing numerous examples of quarters in practice.

It was time, once again, in mid-November, for the annual ACSP Congress. The congress holds a valuable spot in a long tradition, yet much has changed compared to previous years: New topic, new location, new chairman, new, and younger, participants, and a new moderator.
