Reify. designs the restyling of Porte di Mestre shopping center

Reify.’s architecture studio has been chosen to provide concept design and architecture services for the urban redevelopment of Porte di Mestre Shopping Center. The project will be concluded in the first half of 2023 and focus on the revamping of the main facade and a redesign of the interior.

For almost 45 years, the shopping center southwest of Cologne with around 150 stores has enjoyed sustained popularity. On behalf of Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH, kplus konzept developed a new design concept for the center’s public areas.

New ‘food hall of the future’ at Potsdamer Platz in Berlin

Brookfield Properties has concluded a strategic deal with Manifesto Market to join the redesigned Potsdamer Platz in Berlin. Both were supported by ECE Marketplaces. Manifesto will operate a flagship food hub of 4,400 sq m.
