On March 24, Colosseum Mall in Bucharest officially opens to the general public with the new building and assigned commercial spaces, marking the completion of this retail development.

The fruit gummies and licorice specialist opened its tenth Haribo Deutschland store on 212 sq m at Westfield Centro in Oberhausen. In addition to the well-known products and merchandise, customers can look forward to a candy bar with a pick & mix station.

AG Real Estate is on the verge of completing the extensive renovation and extension works it started in 2019 in Westland Shopping Center in Anderlecht (Belgium). The program includes the arrival of a large department store and a number of new retailers, the expansion of the Food & Beverage offer, and the creation of a leisure center of over 4,000 sq m.

Citycon has signed an agreement to sell two non-core shopping centers in Norway for approximately €145.4 million. According to the agreement, Citycon will divest Buskerud center to Aurora Eiendom AS and Magasinet center to Oslo Opportunity II AS and Vedal Investor AS. The transaction is estimated to close during Q1/2022.

As of March 1, SES is filling the center management of two shopping malls in Austria from its own ranks: Doris Panagl will take over the management of Max.Center Wels, Marie-Theres Skribanowitz will manage Mariandl in Krems. Long-time center manager Egbert Holz, who has been responsible for both centers since they opened, will retire in the spring after 23 years of service.
