“ONLY’s decision to open the world’s largest ONLY store on over 2,000 sq m in LOOM Bielefeld is a strong sign of the attractiveness and potential of our center and the entire location,” says Saskia Twardawsky, Center Manager of the operator ECE Marketplaces in LOOM Bielefeld. “Such a significant expansion within LOOM is a clear commitment to Bielefeld and to LOOM. It shows the special trust that ONLY has in the future of the location.”
ONLY is a young, international fashion brand and one of the leading denim suppliers in Europe with around 700 of its own stores in a total of 70 countries. The rental agreement has already been signed. The conversion of the space will start in October.
The opening of the ONLY store next year is part of a series of openings that all pursue the same goal: To add further attractive brands and offers to LOOM Bielefeld and to position it as THE shopping center in the region. Most recently, JD Sports reopened last Saturday, July 27, 2024, following a significant expansion. In June, “Haus des Döners” celebrated its move into LOOM and in August and September, new openings by Camp David and KULT will follow – both, like ONLY and JD Sports, are already existing tenants at LOOM. Further new openings are planned for the coming year.
