Gehmacher started her career at the Coca-Cola Group and most recently headed the sustainability division in a FTSE 250 company, listed on the London Stock Exchange. Her main focus was on climate change and reducing corporate emissions in this industrial group.
Ulrike Gehmacher states: “Sustainability has now become an economic factor in the awareness of investors and society. Real estate plays a significant role in the fight against climate change and contributes to around 40% of global CO2 emissions.
