MPC Properties´ UŠĆE Shopping Center and Beo Shopping Center have been awarded the LEEd EBOM Gold certifications for excelling in several areas.

The two centers excelled in several key areas, including:

Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy: The building has implemented substantial energy efficiency measures, resulting in significant reductions in energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, thereby enhancing overall environmental sustainability

Water Conservation: The building has effectively implemented water conservation measures, resulting in substantial reductions in water usage and improved efficiency in water management

Indoor Environmental Quality: The building has successfully implemented measures to enhance indoor air quality, reducing pollutants and providing a healthier, more comfortable environment for occupants, thereby promoting overall well-being and environmental sustainability.
