Vít Zdráhal transitions from the position of Head of Landlord and Tenant Representation in the Industrial team to partner. He has over ten years of experience in professional services and advisory, since 2014 he works in commercial real estate at Cushman & Wakefield.
In the firm’s industrial team, he is responsible for business development, transaction processes, long-term relationships with tenants and landlords and the development of a new marketing strategy. Zdráhal has played a key role in closing more than 90 transactions covering ca 400,000 sq m of industrial spaces, representing companies such as ABB, IKEA, XXXLutz, Vafo Praha, OKAY and others.
As partner, Vít Zdráhal will focus on deepening the collaboration with other teams within the firm and developing the tenant and landlord representation services, as well as advisory to clients in the industrial property segment.
